Ok, so I'm from Texas so I'm not very familiar with Californian breeders but I do know for a fact that there is a breeder called "King Chinchilla" who everyone says is horrible. They say that their chins die within a few days of bringing them home. And for some odd reason that no one can figure out! Not even the vet can I don't think. Idk if that's true or not but that's what I heard.

Theres a breeder in northern california that i can hook you up with. In janurary she goes to a chinchilla convention in fraiser park so u guys can meet up half way there. Lmk. Theres also a rescue in Orange County that has a mosiac female. Not sure if ur intrested in rescuing tho
