Leaving my babies for vacation!

I am leaving early thursday morning (6am flight!) for the bahamas for my brothers wedding. Will be returning sunday late night.
This is the first time I am leaving all my pets!
My dog is going with my xhusband. Him & my son will be coming every day to take care of 8 chinnies & 1 piggie. My sweet richie is going to Barb of mt zion chins since he requires meds & a little more special attention.
I have a HUGE apple log for each boy and nice big hay cube. My son knows what to do and my X is coming over tonight for "chinchilla training".

I am going to miss them SO much. But i am looking forward to a few days and nights with little responsibility and it will be nice to not have to clean cages for a few nights.

In case I dont get online.......everyone have a wonderful few days!

I've been meaning to pm you. I know how anxious you must feel, especially with Ritchie. I know he'll be in excellent care with Barb. I too had to leave my CJ when he was still being handfed back in March when I went on vacation. Kristy took care of him while I was gone and he was fine and happy to see me when I picked him up at Kristy's. I believe CJ was with her for 9 days. The other boys will be fine too BUT have your ex triple check all the cages before he leaves. I know you know this but had to throw it out there ).

Most importantly :relax: and have FUN and tons of it!

Wow, I could sure go for :hammock: a rum & coke or pina colada right now! Take tons of pics too!

Have a great time, Michelle! I know you've been worrying about this for a while but it will be nice to just focus on yourself for a few days, you deserve it! Your boys will be perfectly fine
