Technically no, but I'm sure there are plenty that get away with it. I'd be hard pressed to imagine a Muslim student being safe/unhassled in most of the "christian" schools I know of.

I see nothing wrong with a boy or man wearing a kilt. He doesn't have to be Scottish either. To think, once women wearing pants was far more taboo.
