Hello everyone! I am new to the group and just want to introduce myself and say hello. My name is Chris and I am from Syracuse NY. I am a new chin mom and my Chin’s name is Peanut. He was born in May of this year and is the cutest sweetest little guy ever. I see I have a lot to learn reading through some of the posts. I already know that I have to make some changes to his home because his safety is very important to me. I think the thing I will have the most difficulty with is not giving him a treat or raisin whenever he is hanging on the cage with his little nose through the bars lol. After reading through some of the posts I have started giving him his hay and pelts and that has helped, oh and cheerios. I do also have a Russian Hamster named Ivan who has a personality all his own. The two of them keep me very busy and always laughing.
