max, why don't you try calling any local pet supply stores you do have and asking them what they can order? if it's an indy shop, they may be willing to go out of their way for you a little more than a petsmart or petco.

Did you try Quality Cages?
I agree with ChinnyMom though...those smaller doors could haunt you forever when it comes cleaning time.
