Introducing Harvey (pics)

This is harvey my new (and 1st) hedgehog. He's nearly 8 weeks old. I got him last fri. So far he's settled in quite well and doesn't seem stressed at all, hates being picked up but after a few sec's he settles and crawls all over me looking for somewhere to burrow and sleep.
(Sorry if pics are blurry he doesn't like the flash and he never stops moving so he isn't easy to photograph)

What a cutie!!! I know what you mean by never stops moving lol mine is the same way luckily my bf has an awesome camera and can usually get him.

Yeah harvey is impossible to photograph the only time he is still is when he is burrowing under his blanket to go to sleep. When he is out in the open he is always running to burrow under it or something else

Ah the troubles of hedgehog photography. The key to good photos? Take a bazillion images and expect to get 1 good one. But from what we can see, he is adorable. But then I have a soft spot for those red eyes.

Awww. I love albinos. SO cute!

As for the photo thing, I've just started aiming the camera about 3 steps in front of the hog. By the time I press the shutter and the camera takes the photo, the hog is usually in the frame.

Aww, he's adorable! I love albinos! And yes...I think we all have a huge collection of blurry hedgie photos!
