I have my babies burried under a big tree. I have storns on the graves, too. When it rains (storm, etc), I would get nervous. The area under the tree is a sacred and special area that is full of my love and regret.
So sorry to hear this happened to you Stackie I agree 100% with Laurie, your precious babies are forever in your heart no matter what mother nature does to their resting place. Sending lots of hugs
I could tell you what happened to the special place where all my chins were laid to rest...but in the interest of not grossing everyone out, I won't....sometimes things are totally beyond our control. I know how you feel, it's just so horrible to have something like that happen.
Can you push it back into place and then cut it off to make a little "stool" to sit on the stump? I would plant the willow I love them Weeping cherries are nice too but dont get very big. (Hugs)
