I just saw something I thought i never would have seen! :| help?!

I just had this shock a few weeks ago with my boy. It scared me half to death, then grossed me out lol. I swear now he does it on purpose. Just a few days ago...he sat on his wheel staring at me forever... I looked over and pop...out it came, and there it went right into his mouth! lol
