I thought you all would like to see how these tow are growing. They are now 6 weeks old and both are over 200 grams.

I missed this original posting and just read the entire thread. What a wonderful surprise! The violet looks great in the belly from what I can see. Both are beautiful.

6dusters, his belly is nice and white. In fact he is the spitting image of his mother and she has the whitest belly of all of my chinchillas.

Thanks, everyone. We will be keeping the violet boy and will probably be showing him if he grows out like I am hoping.
