My nickname and the name I go by is Mish (short for Michelle), and since I started going by it I've had a host of nickname spin-offs: Mishley, Mishnatrix, Mishtif, Mish Mish (which apparently means "apricot" in Hebrew?), Mishka, and so on. Mishalaa was one of those spin-offs, given to me by an online group I used to chat with a decade ago, and I've used it as my online name since.

My name is a gamertag I came up with many, many years ago... think oldschool warcraft/starcraft/counterstrike. And how I exactly came up with it I don't exactly remember, but I think this is sort of how it happened. My brother had just received a new game for his super nintendo, Killer Instinct. Of course, I immediately play as the girl character, Black Orchid. I actually used BlackOrchid as a gamertag at first, but didn't think it really fit me. Somehow, it morphed into Silverrose, and it's stuck ever since. I've used the name (and others, but Silverrose is the most common) in a multitude of games, chat engines, and forums.

Mine is from my very first e-mail, YEARS ago. It is an old 1970's Rick Springfield song about the Lady of the Lake legend.
My actual name was taken on Hotmail, and they wanted to put a bunch of numbers behind it, (which I knew I would never remember), so I decided to put a few words together and use that. I was listening to the album Comic Book Heroes at the time, and it seemed like a good idea.

I use it everywhere now, so that I'm recognizable from one place to another.

Mine is for my dog Lucky (Lucks). And way back when, I had a "fixation" for angels, so that's where the angel part comes from (I tend to get temporary fixations on different things, research them to death, get bored/tired, and move on to something else). The 28 comes from my birthday, November 28. Like some others, I find it easier to just have one name to remember, so I use LucksAngel28 for most things.

Mine is lame and I will regret it for all of my life (I didn't change it when I came on here because I thought it'd make it harder for people who knew me from my pet portraits to get in touch with me)


My sn for aim is xoxwonderwhyxox (made it when I was in 6th grade) and I couldn't think of a name when coming on here. I was talking through e-mails to a woman about taking her pet and she signed it Chincerely...so I just put two and two together to get a double strength lame name. Not to mention I get made fun of every and any time a friend etc. sees me sign in...
