We always keep it between 69-70 in the apartment, but the chins stay in the coldest room where it typically hovers at 67. We had a power outtage last summer where it got up to 78 and we had to cover frozen water bottles in towels, but that was the only time I've seen them get uncomfortably hot. Our ebony boy even prefers to sleep under his fleece @ 70, so he clearly isn't overheating.
