Thanks guys! You're all so nice : ) I have a feeling I'm going to LOVE this board. Update: I picked Eloise up for the first time without assistance haha this is a huge accomplishment for me. We played together, and I considered it my first bonding session with her!
Today was my first full day with Eloise, and it went very well : ) she kinda just hung out, sleeping a lot, then we played for about 45 minutes, then she went right back to sleeping. She's still very scared and nervous about her new environment, I can tell, but once she gets used to it, she'll be better, I'm sure. This is my first pet hedgehog, so I'm kind of nervous! But I have always had a large animal family, and I'm so happy I made the decision to add her to the family. To introduce myself even more, I have:
a 7-year old skipperkee dog, Allie.
a 1-year old maltese dog, Pearl.
a 1 and a half-year old beta fish, Sirius.
and now my 8 week old hedgehog, Eloise!
I had a 17 and a half year old poodle, Polly, who sadly passed away this summer. I just love animals, and I'm so happy to join a site that loves them as much as I do : ) and dude, sorry my pictures are so huge : (
I'm new to these particular boards, and I'm a new mommy too! I just got my hedgehog today, actually, and have been searching for a good message board and I've found it!
