Meanie, did Wee Companions win any grant money?

No Sug, they didn't. Almost every one was a dog and/or cat rescue. Because, of course, there are no other pets that count. <rolls eyes> I think I saw one rabbitry in MN that won.

It's a real shame that the place that won the grand prize has money pouring in hand over fist because all they take is high profile rescues. Michael Vicks dogs, etc. The little rescues who desperately needed the money were overlooked.

Thanks to everyone who participated and voted for us. Unfortunately, we didn't win any grant money. Hopefully next year we can get an earlier start, we didn't learn about the contest until voting had already been going for a week. For our first time, we did extremely well.
