I did a search on previous posts about this but didn't see too much about what you can do with really squirmy chins. I think my boy is due for his first hair ring check, I have seen him clean his penis several times today. My guy is very sweet but most certainly HATES to be held and it is nearly impossible to grab him in any situation. How can I get him into the position and holding somewhat still without completely freaking him out?

theres a video on here. if i remember right the chin in the video isnt squirmy but it will show you how to hold him best so he will be more under control

I did watch that video beforehand. Really helpful. I finally attempted last night and he actually held really still. Was probably terrified, poor boy. But he wasn't even mad after, haha.

Are you having somebody hold him for you?

I've tried with just me, I've only been able to successfully do that once. It really takes two people :)

If you've seen him clean it watch when he does it. They'll extend and you can do a visual check without having to violate his manliness. :))

I do it by myself, burrito style. It can be difficult with really bad rings, but even the worst quit struggling after a minute or so.

Ill have to try the burrito method. My hubby usually helps me, but this will come in handy when he is gone.
