Hello there!
I’m Susie, a new chinchilla parent. Actually I’m more like a care-giving-great grandparent. Fern, whom I will post about soon, is a (roughly) 4 month old grey chinchilla with an amazing amount of curiosity about everything I do in her cage. She was purchased from a PetSmart, we consider her a rescue.
My granddaughter and I did mountains of research to be sure that we were well-informed about sharing our home with a chinnie. She is a poop-making delight!
