GI Stasis Caused by Virus

I did my best via email to explain things but it honestly fell on deaf ears. She said if she had a sick child she would listen to a pediatrician.

The main problem is she just started educating herself on chinchillas, which I was helping her with. Then she ran out and got one and a couple of days later got another one. I even warned her before she got the first one that some vets have no clue about treating chins.

So she is planning on brushing her chin to prevent the furballs and I am done emailing her.

I'm thankful for all the info on this site from experienced chin owners!!!

What a terrible shame - poor chinnies

I commend you guys for trying to educate her - lets hope when it all goes wrong she remembers who gave her good information - you never know, she might be back with a mindset to listen.
