Frozen blood worms you say? Hmmm I bet they would go great in the freezer with the frozen mice! Sorry, Christine, and her weird sense of humor!
Helps with the diet though! Seriously, I might look into some for the fish.

frozen foods are great! i feed the 'San Fransisco Bay' brand, found at petsmart (up here in igloo land at least, lol). used to use Hikari but it's more expensive. Omega One also makes a frozen line of foods that are pretty good, i'm currently feeding the frozen silversides - great for bigger fish.

there's a spirulina brine shrimp one in the SF Bay line that all my community/smaller fish go nuts over. for my fish, i just plop the frozen cubes right in the tank. the little fish pick at them as they defrost and the big guys, they hoover them in whole. food-sicles and fishy brain freeze much? lol!

I think a trip to Petsmart is in the agenda today! Also, went against my better judgment and took in 2 convicts yesterday. Males though, no baby making here! Fun little guys to watch!
