If there's no change at this point, I don't think you have all that much to worry about. Retained placentas or kits will make a mother chin have a really bad infection in a few days. Your female is just a little open, it isn't really bad. You would definitely be seeing her having some horrible problems by now if she had something stuck in her uterus still.
She's probably going to go into heat fairly soon anyway. She may open up a little more, there may be a little more discharge and then after a few days she will close up more. I've seen new mother chins have their first heat cycle after they have chins four weeks or so later and have more discharge than normal. (I've run them to the vet a few times, too!) The pregnancy along with nursing kits makes things go a little differently than they would if the female was not in breeding, it's the hormones.
