I love all my pampered chef gadgets! My 10 year old's fave is the apple slicer.
But most of all I love my blender that I use to make fruit smoothies almost every day! :))

The corer/peeler/slicer? We used that for our apple pie at thanksgiving! All we had to do was cut the swirly in half and voila! Instant perfect apple pie slices!

I WISH I could bake/cook, LOL! I went over to look at it and it's the apple wedger not slicer, oops! My little girl uses it every day.

I love my opener station from hamilton beach. It opens those stupid plastic things that they use to seal packages shut, along with soda bottles, jars, cans ect. I love it!!

My personal favorite things I use daily are my teapot, 'perfect tea' teaspoon and loose tea ball from Teavana. I love my tea and I'm a bit of a snob about that! ;) I also have a milk frother I use to make green tea lattes.

I love baking stuff, so my most used items are my Calphalon (or however you spell that) cookie sheets and bakeware. I also love Pyrex baking dishes, and Pyrex stuff isn't very expensive. Silicone cooking utensils are great too, but I have no special brand for those.

On my most-wanted kitchen stuff list would definitely be a Kitchen-Aid stand mixer, a deep fryer, and a food processor (homemade hummus!!).

Ooh, both hubby and I are foodies with special dietary needs (too many allergies & intolerances), so we practically make everything from scratch.
We both cook and bake and are always on the lookout for new recipes we can both enjoy.

We love our, in no particular order:

Zojirushi bread machine (makes the best sandwich loaf without yeast as well as easy and yummy jams and sauces)

Cuisinart griddler (for indoor grilling and hot sand-witches)

Cuisinart icecream machine (for making vegan icecream, aka vicecream)

Fondu sets (large one for broth or cheese and smaller for chocolate fondu)

Slow cooker (this fully programmable beasty has saved us many hours and provided some truly delicious stews)

There is more, but I'm just starting my morning coffee, so I'll have to write back later on :)

Oh...no one mentioned this. The one pan that I love beyond love is my old cast iron skillet. I can cook anything in that pan. After you've used one for awhile it becomes like a non-stick pan but only heavy and great for frying things or really cooking anything. I'm always on the look out for cast iron pans and things because I will have them forever and they do so well. You can take your old skillet and bake with it, too. It's a great thing to have in the kitchen.

Yep, I mentioned I loved mine in post #10. Those cast iron skillets are absolutely awesome, aren't they?

I love my stand KitchenAid mixer, but those are expensive. Mine was a wedding present from my mom.

I'd like to have one but I need a bigger kitchen with more counter space. They are HUGE.

I love my standing mixer because I can keep adding ingredients without having to stop the mixer and prop it up on the side of the bowl, like with a handheld one.
I do use a handheld one for smaller things, like whipping egg whites or making frosting. My standing mixer is huge and I need to invest in some smaller bowls instead of the big ones it came with.
I'm not a fan of non-stick pans either, but I do have one that I use for things like scrambled eggs.

I must have forgotten you mentioned it, sorry. :) But, I love cast iron cookware so much!!

I need a kitchen with more counter space, too. And, more cabinet space because mine is full with all my food prep stuff.

Gotta get a stand mixer...I'd love one...but they're so expensive and I never seem to be able to do it!

I'm out of kitchen cabinet space and now have stuff crammed into the linen closet. I have one of those cast iron pans but I always forget about it 'cause its in the linen closet with my wok and a few other things. Since you guys love your pans so much I'll have to move it into regular rotation in my kitchen!

I have only recently started getting into kitchen gadgets and am envious of what is in everyone's kitchen! I can say that the only item that has completely changed my life so far is the zojirushi electric water boiler. I like to drink tea throughout the day, and this handy dandy machine keeps boiling water for me whenever I want it! And it's also great for making last minute soup or sterilizing stuff!

I keep a lot of my kitchen stuff that I don't use often on shelves in the basement. I bet I have a Crock Pot of every shape and size. And for me, the must be Rival Crock Pot. I have an oblong casserole pan shaped Crock Pot, small ones to large ones to crock a whole chicken or pot roast in. Also on the basement shelves are the juicer (pain in the butt to clean), ice cream maker, two pressure cookers, etc.

I have no basement anymore. :( You'd think they'd put basement in houses in Arizona much more often than they do. I *may* be able to use a storage shed in the yard sometime for those things that I only use once or twice a year.

I forgot something that I love. :) I have a giant pressure canner that I can use to can maybe 14 cans of soup at a time. It's so much nicer to have something that I can use to make everything in just one batch instead of 2 or 3.
