I lost a couple premies that way - don't know the trigger!
As mentioned, get her eyes open, as it really increases her chances.

Aww so sorry....bummer....i have never had one that small but i havent had one live in the low 20's which have been my smallest....poor thing....she was cute tho...r.i.p. Little one
