Or has anyone heard anything about it? Someone is selling this on CL here saying they can't take less than $100. I'm not sure if it would be worth it with all the modifications I'd have to make.

I have one. I paid $25.00 for it used. That's ALL I would pay for it though. If they "can't" take less than $100.00, I wouldn't bother.

Okay, thank you. The reviews on it had me pretty skeptical about $100 & it's a decent drive from me. I'm going to pass.

I have the Marshalls Estate, though I'm not sure if it is the same thing or not.
I <3 the estate and people often think it is a ferret nation. =)

With the Estate and the FN, I was gonna be making modifications to both, so if didn't really matter which one. =)
