I would just leave well enough alone now. I am no longer giving them my business, which in my mind is enough of a "loss" for them. I am only ordering from people on CnH and buying from the local feed store that does NOT sell animals...and that's it!

That is so sad! What's really frustrating is why would someone want to run a pet store if they hate animals? You'd think working hard to be a manager at a pet store would mean you like pets... this thread has made me so upset. People can be so cruel!!!!
