I've been glued to it as well. I love it when the mom or dad want to rest but the eaglets want to play. The parents get this expression of a heavy sigh.
It amazes me how gentle they are with them, too.

I watch them as much as I can...whenever I can kick my boys off the laptop! They are home for spring break and they've taken over, lol. But I did notice there were only 2 babies a couple of times I checked on them. So one is a troublemaker? Must be a boy! I am excited to follow their growth!!!

after a small break from watching the eagles, I came back to the cam yesterday to find it totally snowing on the poor eagle family. The camera was totally covered in snow and ice, but is clear today. As far as I can tell, there are only 2 eaglets now...am I just not seeing the third, or are there indeed only 2 now? And if so, what happened to the other baby?

They have grown so big already!!!

All 3 are still there and doing well. )

yay! The 3rd must be more adventurous? I didn't think I saw him sitting with momma like the other 2...but maybe he was just hidden out of sight.

The smallest one seems to spend a lot of time under mom/dad. I guess it isn't able to regulate it's body temp as well as the other 2.
Yesterday was brutal, I felt so sorry for all of them with the rain and snow.
I can't believe how big E1's feet have gotten!

E3 is a week younger than the oldest, so he is going to be behind in development. He may also just be under mom/dad all the time because he's the only one that will fit anymore!

E1 has massive feet...totally unproportionate. So cute. )

I feel so bad for them that the weather turned so horrible! I hope the weather warms soon so the eaglets can be more active again and not have to huddle with the parents to stay warm!
