Yes, I believe you should stock some Critical Care because if you should ever need it, you'll have it on hand and not be scrambling to get some. I bought my Critical Care from Menegerie here on CnH. Critical Care is used when a chinnie is sick and not eating and needs to have some nutritious food syringe fed to them to keep their digestive tract in good health. I store my unopened Critical Care in the freezer. Here is the link to where you can buy some Critical Care.

It's a good idea to keep a supply of certain things, just in case.

I always have:

Critical Care,
Acidophilus capsules,
antiseptic solution,
cotton pads and buds,
syringes (for forcefeeding),
Simethicone (baby gas drops),
Activated Charcoal tablets.

A little "emergency kit" can really come in handy....I'm sure some other members can come up with a few more "must-have" items.....
