I've seen this commercial before. My only question... where is all the poops? And it makes me sad that the chinchillas got wet in a shower for the sake of a commercial.

I also wonder where the poops are. And how many chins were used in the commercial? In most scenes, there's no more than 4-5, though I think there's around a dozen in the going-out-the-door scene? hard to tell with the poor picture quality.

The guy takes them out of the shower, their fur is wet, and they try to shake the water off. It's at 0:19 on the video.

They do look wet, but I'm sure no harm was done. You know there are millions of PETA members around when people make commercials involving animals It is bad though, but I'm sure they got dried off right away.

They didn't look wet to me. Hard to tell from the picture quality, but I've seen that ad a number of times, and it never occurred to me that they were wet. Chins shake sometimes anyway; I always thought it was cos his fur was scrunched from being held. At most, the outside fur is damp, but not all the way to the skin...
