Chin name poll

Hello! I just got a second male standard chinchilla. Here's the scoop:

My first chin is Munchkin, a male, slightly older than the new one and a bit larger. He's also a little darker, as the new one is a v/c. I need a name for the new boy.

So far I've come up with:

Winky (or Winkie)
Oz/Ozzie
Darby (man who played Mayor of Munchkinland)

It doesn't HAVE to be a Wizard of Oz theme, but I'd like something that sounds nice with Munchkin. Thoughts? :hmm:

That thought did cross my mind. I was thinking of making his full name "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz" and Ozzie for short, but perhaps like, "Good Ozzie" or "Straight-edge Ozzie" or something. My friend Bob swears he'll start calling him the Prince of Darkness if I stick with this name. Boys.

Maybe "Fozzie"? (Fuzzy Ozzie)

I have a dog named oz...I like to call my pets different things ex. he is oz, ozzie, ozzimous, ozzipoo things of that nature. It's cute I think you should go with oz. My chins are Max and Mia or maximus and mia may. lol

i love the name Toto that Jenn suggested! I think that would be perfect for a chin. I agree with everyones thoughts on Ozzie, you may want to steer clear of that one if you keep it just Ozzie. I think Oz would be okay though. Personally, I voted for Darby before I saw the Toto suggestion.

I have a chin named Ozzie. It was a boy when I got it but it turned out to be a girl (you know how that happens sometimes) but I kept the name anyway. I named her Ozzie after Ozzie Guillen, the manager of the Chicago White Sox.

I think the OP wants to stay with Wizard of Oz names. In that case I think Darby is cute. I can't remember too many names from that movie. Does Wiz sound too much like a crude term for having to go to the bathroom?

we have a floppy eared bunny at my school named Ozzy and the female floppy eared bunny is Sharon lol
