Chin losing fur?

Hey guys! I may be overreacting but I just had my chin out to play and for the first time,she shedded a huge chunk of fur,roots and all! I've had her for a year now and this is the first time it's happened. Should I be concerned or is it a stress thing? She seems fine...

If the skin is perfectly smooth and normal, it is most likely fur slip. It does happen and if she was startled or picked up roughly she could have slipped some fur.

If the skin is red, irritated or flakey at all, then it could be an infection and something she would need to see a vet for.

It sounds like a fur slip to me, not fungus. It is a normal defensive mechanism.
