i've been using the SuperPet My First Home Large for my 1 chin and she has been doing well in it. It was really empty, i only had a wooden house and 2 hanging toys...

so i bought a whole bunch of things from ForChinAte...really nice stuff...
a wooden hay holder, a corner ledge, a leaping ledge and a sleeping ledge...i also got her homemade wheel...

the problem is, the wheel is HUGE-16 inches! i'm dumb, measured my cage and it was 28x18x16, so i thought it would fit...the wheel fits in just nice but it cant spin because the height of the cage just fits the wheel perfectly...

I'm in San Francisco, on craigslist, i saw an offer for a rabbit cage. going for $10 only. it measures 22x17x20...
its really a lot smaller than my current cage but its height would fit the wheel, should i get it? or are there any alternatives?

will modifying my current cage be easier/cheaper?? :tantrum:

i'd hold out for a bigger cage, personally. i'm on SF bay area craigslist all the time (I live in the north bay) looking for cages, and there's quite a few on there. i'm sure in the next week or so you'll find something bigger that's in your price range...
