You want same sexe.
But don't forget that there is an introduction process, you need to go slow on the presentations.
and how do I do that?

I did want to second this since you do not need to get another cage mate yet. You can always get one later. They really would be fine alone.
There's never a guarantee that they will get along. If you're going to get another chin, you need to be prepared that it might not get along with your current chin, and you would then need two of everything.
Like other people have said, your current chinnie will do just fine by themselves (I have a single chinnie, so I can speak from experience as well).
oh man, this just creates a whole other issue.I have to get a 2nd cage... I don't think I have the space for that here.
I don't mind having a single chin, but I would also like to breed. I don't plan on breeding lots of them and selling them. Just breed moderately and keep most of them. I am talking like a kit every other year if that's possible.
Put them in seperate cages. ASAP. If they are old ebough for the breeder to let you take them home they are also old enough to breed even though it is not healthy for them to do so.
Well the chins I have now were not in the same cage until I bought them and they seemed to do fine, is it because they are so young? I might buy a chin who use to be in the same cage as my white chin, will they get along still?
When I first fell in love with chins, I had a girl and a boy together also. When I came here and started learning, I separated them. We gave each one lots of love and attention, and they did just fine apart.
Are you absolutely sure of their sex now? Have they been re-sexed by someone knowledgeable in sexing chins?
