Anyone ever used this zupreem Hay?

I currently feed that hay to my chins and they seem to love it. They eat lots of it every night. I know they carry it at Tisol if you live in Canada. Not sure about the states..

Well, you get free shipping anyway if it's over $50.00 anyway. :p

I knew that, I was just giving out the added info as an fyi :D
I placed my order yesterday, let's see what my boys think about this hay.

Yea it does smell good and fresh hehe.I think my chins eat more hay now than food since i got it lol

Yea, don't use Kaytee because it's got all sorts of weird preservatives. That goes for all Kaytee products, which I have decided to boycott.
I only use Zupreem. Compared to Oxbow, Zupreem has higher fibre percentage.

I like giving my chins a variety of hay, and even though the bag I received was very green and fresh, they nibbled on it for a second and then just left it alone. The same bunch that I put in is still there.

LOL Sorry to hear that .Maybe because they are use to the other hay.I think its real good fresh hay and its good to know there are no pestisides in it

Just ordered the 8lb bag, with free shipping coupon and declining insurance (another $2.25, because I'm broke and cheap) the total was $15.30. I like it! Crysta, any idea about how long shipping should take to this area? :D

I ordered mine one day and it got here the next..ha!

Unfortunately, I don't like this hay too much and neither do my picky boys. Mine looked like it had been cut down..(the chins like the long pieces of hay)..and was pretty dusty. The chins just seem to pick at it. Guess I'm stuck back with my expensive APD hay.

I've tried Kaytee (one bag, when I first got Nibbler, you know how that goes) Oxbow, and L & M so far and neither of my boys were particularly impressed. Turbo is a meanie and likes to dig and scatter, he'll be the ultimate test of this hay, heh. :D

Where in the world did you find the 8 lbs? I looked all over horseloverz and never found it.

As for shipping time, mine was send UPS ground so it took about a week.

I found it. I swear that was not there a few weeks ago.

Carl, let me know what you think. My chins eat it with no issue, so if you don't like it I will buy it off you. Also, if you decide that's a bit too much I am willing to split the bag with you as well. :)

Woo! I'm cheap, and that's a lot of hay, so I very well might split it with you. :)

I looked for anything larger than the 40oz before when this thread got started, around when I dropped by a few days before you got yours, and I didn't find it either. I tried again (since I'm getting desperately low!) and stumbled upon it.

I'm just hoping for larger pieces, as that will work better with the dispensers I'm using now. I may make some cookies or something with all the powdery little pieces I have left over - can't think of anything better to do with it!

Just bought 8lbs. (or was it 9?) a few weeks ago and my chins still don't like it :/. Oh well, my sister's rabbit (and her chin too) will eat anything thankfully lol!

Well I've tried this zupreem for 2 weeks straight now and basically it has become bedding, they never did that with the hay they previously had. I've never had a bad bag of hay from Oxbow, maybe I'm lucky I guess. I just like to give my chins some variety and wanted to try it.

my chin is very particular about hay, and I alway love to try different varieties and she always snubs her nose at it. I have used zupreem products for my birds and would love to try the hay. At least I have birds who love Tink's rejected hay and I have gerbils who love hay, so it wouldn't be a complete loss to me if Tink doesn't like it...!

Since when? I totally tried to use it the end of last year and it wouldn't work. I even called them. GAH. It's ok though. Going to try it the second I get home from work. Hopefully it works on my end!
