Anal infection?

Hi,
My 15 yo female has struggled for a few months on and off with small dry poops. As a side note, she lost her sister at the time this started. I’m sure she’s missing her despite extra attention TLC.
She started hunching when pooping and looking really unhappy, although eating, drinking, behaving normally. I took her to the vet Thursday. Vet did x-rays, bloodwork, and sent off a culture.

Anis is infected. The area surrounding it is swollen and it looks like a little milky white stuff is coming from the vagina. She is spayed due to a uterine tumor four years ago.

I would have said pyometra, but you already had her spayed. I've never heard of an infected anus in a chin before. What did ye tell you to do for it? He did x-rays of her stomach to be sure she isn't bloated/blocked?
