A5 was born yesterday, 2/28/2011 to an exceptional violet female, Lachesis and my studly man, Tut. Tut has produced something like 16 babies for me over the past two years and he only ever has three or four females at a time, he just knocks them up so darn fast! He's also the sire to my A1 and A2. My "ranch hand" called me yesterday to tell me about the baby and after some whining and begging he decided to try to tell the gender for me. He said it looked like a gap and I was mildly disappointed to get another male. I asked him to take pictures and he said that Lachesis was trying to pee on him so he didn't want to do that. I convinced him to get me some pictures today and he snuck in a picture of the genitals. My poor boy...he's so adorable when he tries but this he has been wrong for 2/3 sexing attempts now.
