I'll be there as well. Looking forwards to meeting some of you and to seeing some gorgeous chins. :)

Is everybody ready? Getting close now. :dance3:

Tiffany I am not sure I understand your post as we only pay dues to the ECBC National organization. Do you pay chapter dues also?

Yes, it's $20 for the Southern Unit dues also. $10/year after. It's not required to be part of the unit of course, but for those that joined, they are required to be a member of the National organization before they can be part of the unit/branch itself. Sorry for the confusion, Barbara said it was the rules.

Anyone going to the show coming from Minnesota or Wisconsin? I realize its extremely close to the show date and I'd have to talk to the woman with my chin...BUT...I'll be at the Empress show and am trying to get a chin from Eau Claire. Anyone? *begs with big puppy dog eyes* please? pretty? with raisins and shreddies on top?

WOO HOO!!! Tomorrow's the day!!!

All of you CnF members that are coming, be SURE to bring your "Sisterhood of The Traveling Chinchilla" T-shirts for a group photo op!!!

I'm swinging up there Sunday morning to see some cute chinnies! We have friends in OK City so we are making a day trip out of it. See you all Sunday!

From who? :neener:
Getting ready to leave. Everyone travel safe. See you in OKC.:dance3:

LOTS of updates!! particularly from you, Vicki! I'll be thinking of all of you down there, wishing I was there too. Travel safe, everyone, and have a fantastic show!

Nan (Snickers) won two of the live animals and Shawna (I know I'm spelling that wrong) that travelled w/ Nan won one. They got 1/4 of the live animal raffle! Lucky girls! Sumiko won one, too!

Ok, since I got yelled at for not posting a play-by-play (i didn't know i had been assigned the job!) I'll try to catch everyone up.

There were 157 standards, 10 exhibitors. Today there are exactly 100 mutes and 12 exhibitors. Oh and there were 120 pelts yesterday, 4 exhibitors.

I've never seen so many pelts in my life - it was pretty darn cool!

Anddddddd This is my best show so far because I won an animal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Beige female from Ryersons! With the biggest butt ever!

Results:

Whites
All Somavia

Sapphire
Class champ - Somavia
Reserve - Ryerson
3rd best - Tucker

I did not yell and I assigned it to you:tease:
Glad to hear you won a chin, but since we didn't get a call, Joshua didn't.
