Many of the animals were given to animal rescue organizations to find new homes for them. The Hedgehog Welfare Society got all the hedgehogs and they went to new homes all across the US and Canada. :)

A good poop and/or pee can be 25 to 30 g so that is probably what it is.

He needs to see a vet. With the head tilt, it sounds like it could possibly be an ear infection. His cage also needs to be warmed and he also may need a heating pad 24/7.

Maybe he likes to eat in private or perhaps just likes to eat in bed. You could try moving his dish to a different place in the cage and see if that works. I'd also continue putting some food in bed with him too. Whatever it takes to get him to eat and hope whatever his little issue is...
