Blue cloud dust is the way to go. You also don't leave the bath house in there for more than 10 minutes or so, monitoring them the whole time. So if you use other dust, you can make sure they're not eating it while they have it in their cage.

I second the pur filter! I absolutely love it. I only drink water from it, and my dog and chins do as well. Water tastes great and is definitely worth the cost!

You can use either pine or aspen wood as long as they are kiln-dried. You can get either of those in bedding at normal pet stores like petco and petsmart. Never give the chins anything with fabric unless its blizzard fleece or polar fleece, make sure that there are no stitches showing though...

David- 75 is too hot for chins, definitely not too cold. I think it's generally a rule to keep them at 72 degrees or below.
