wet???

So today when I got up and went to go visit my chins, I noticed that my 2ish y.o. female's butt was covered in liquid (I think pee).

I've never noticed this before but I am currently having trouble litter training her- could this be why?

Please tell me it's not wet tail or something =[

also- to my knowledge (I took her in from someone that didn't want her in June....good thing I did too the cage was all plastic and they weren't feeding her hay and they were feeding her bananas...) she has never bred or anything

Was she possibly sitting in her own pee? Water bottle dripping? Liner wet?
