Well...Nessy is a sneaky woman! I've been worried about how many kits she will have because she's gained a ridiculous amount of weight. Apparently...my sweet lady had just been gaining weight for the fun of it. She looked no different this morning so I didn't move her to check for kits. Usually my females look like they've lost a considerable amount of weight when they have their kits. Nope...not Nessy. I decided to check her one last time before bed and sure enough, there's a little baby in there! Please welcome the latest addition to my heard that is of course, staying here...
Z31-standard female (Sasquatch) 51g
Nessy was bred to a pure standard male...so no surprises on the color!
This little girl is SUPER dark so I attached a picture of her back. Mom appears to be done with the birth as Sassy is nice and dry and fluffy and I did not feel any hard masses to indicate another baby in there. I'm thrilled my baby has an easy litter to start her out!
