Will 142 and 143 FN covers work for a 182?

Hey guys! We have an FN 182 with the plastic treys. I wasn't worried about the treys since they weren't too messy and the girls didn't seem to be chewing on them. Well, when I was cleaning the cage today I found some chew marks, that's it, we're getting covers. The shelf treys have the edges and aren't like other FN shelves, would the other ones work or do you guys know of a place that sells covers for the 182?

as long as pan size (approx 23" by approx 35") is same, FN142 liners should work fine... you may want to check on getting some of the metal pans from Bass Equipment also (or if you have a local machine shop hookup, get some made from 26 or 24 gauge sheet metal)...

Ok, great! We're definitely considering the deeper pans as well. One other question and this may seem stupid, but with the deeper pans how do you fit the fleece covers over them and how do they stay spred out over the pans?

with the Bass pans, the liners just lay inside on the bottom, and don't wrap over the edges. i've seen some pans with fleece over the edges, but those are probably custom jobs or just plain fleece wrapped over and tucked under.
