I don't but I would go with a critter nation. They are better and safer for chins. They are child and pet proof so even your chinchilla can't sneak out. They are also expandable so you can add more layers if wanted. I wouldn't recommend that cage cuz it's kinda small. There is no room for your chin to jump and run around. This can lead to boredom and in serious cases health issues. I would seriously recommend the critter nation cage. You can find it on Amazon.

I recommend the Ferret Nation more than the Critter Nation. It's $10 cheaper on Amazon where I am, not a big difference but $10 is $10 I guess. FN uses hardware, making it sturdier while CN just snaps together. The FN bars seem stronger, I think it has to do with the horizontal welds being closer together. CN is good for young chins or kits under 6 months of age. Also the FN has 1" bar spacing where as the CN has 1/2", the half inch is better for kits or chins under 6 months who can squeeze though the 1" spacing. For adult chins most go with FN. Both cages are the same size though. Both you will need to either cover the plastic pans or replace them.

I'll almost guarantee that's a custom cage made by or for whoever owned those chins. You can try and find someone that builds cages and take them a picture. Maybe they can reproduce it.
