When to get a wheel

My girls are 8 months old, and I've been starting to think about getting them a wheel. Some people say to wait until they're 6 months old and others say a year. Which do you recommend?

I want them to be as big and healthy as possible, so if I need to wait until they're a year, I will do so. But if I can get them one now, I'd like to.

Any suggestions or opinions?

I got mine a wheel when they were six months old and it was fine.

Ok, great! Mine are both about 500 grams, so I don't think they'd be too small for a wheel, but I also didn't want to stunt their growth at all.

The general consensus here is they can have a wheel and out of cage play times when they turn 6 months old.
