Hey, everyone. I have a girl, Bambi, who is getting pretty huge. Her normal weight is 724 and she is up to 960 as of Friday. She is so uncomfortable that she only moves around her cage to eat. I put her with the male 4 1/2 months ago.

So, anyone want to take a guess as to when and how many?

For those that like to guess colors, Bambi is a standard and Wile E. is a medium tan.

Have fun guessing and I'll let you all know when the litter arrives.

Separate the male now, if you haven't - prevents breedbacks and possible trampleing!
Like everyone will say - "when you see kits, that's the time"! There's really no way to tell!
Good luck!!

Rick, they have been separated for the last month.

Bambi gave birth on the 26th to one very cute dark ebony boy. We named him Barney. He weighed 72 grams at birth. Needless to say, he is a little chunk. He is also both my first Z baby and my first ebony baby.

Nan, no the father is my little tan guy. It kinda surprised me. So far this pair has given me nothing bu tans. I am still waiting for kits from the two I got from Bowen.

Naturegirl, I thought for sure that it was going to be twins at the very least. And, since you were the only one to guess, you were the closest.

Congrats - he does look like a little chunker - maybe 60 grams??

Lol, naturegirl. I hope you didn't take it as an insult, because it wasn't meant that way. Besides, I was just a s far off the mark as you were.
