wheel problems

So I just got a wheel, one of the ones from chincessories. It has been in there two weeks now and neither of the girls have so much have gotten on it. I have tried getting them in there with treats, toys, and putting them in it. I don't understand why they don't want anything to do with. Chalupa is so hyper, I thought she would love it, but the one time i set her inside she looked terrified. It's rather disappointing. Does anyone have any suggestions?

My chins wouldn't run on that wheel because it was too hard for them to turn..and when it did turn, the noise scared them.

I agree with Stacie, the wheel is harder to turn than say the Chin Spin, so that may be discouraging them.
I don't think that my girls that have it in their cage use it much anymore either. I already have 2 flying saucers and I'm thinking I'm going to get another one for these girls since the wheel just doesn't really get used.

If they aren't using it you can always try to resell it, I'm sure someone will buy it.
