So watching the little kids going door to door I was thinking back on my favorite parts of Halloween -

My favorite costume from like age 6 to 15 was being either a witch or a cat

My favorite candy were blow pops and nerds

My favorite movie was the Worst Witch with Tim Curry Lol!

:hallow:

Costume: the gypsy dancer w/ layer after layer of my mother's bright summer skirts, ankle bells, a huge pile of bead necklaces, and a tambourine that I'd hold out for candy and stick in the bag around my waist. :) (I hid the good stuff so my mom didn't get it all while we sorted through it.)

Candy: is, was, and always will be Cherry Tootsie Pops. :D I even bought a bag to hand out to customers today, and got SO many nostalgic smiles and stories...

Movie: "Hokus Pokus" with Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy.

My favorite costume was when I was in highschool. It was the very last costume/piece of clothing my grandma made for me. A bunch of gals and I tried to recreate the entire Sailor Moon gang. I was Sailor Saturn. I really wish I had a picture of us. We were such dorks, but it was really cool I swear!

My favorite candy back in the days would probably be pixie stix first and foremost! And then, you know those hershey bags that had different kinds of miniature hershey bars in them? I totally picked out all the krackel and hoarded them all to myself!

My favorite movie... hmmm. Well, I loooove (terrible) horror movies, so I can't quite pick a favorite. But I will stick with The Evil Dead, Rocky Horror Picture Show, and It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown as Halloween movie must haves.

Well for a bunch of years in a row I was a ghost, meaning I had a sheet over my head. BUT before that I remember I was dorothy one year from the Wizard of Oz. I was little and my mom made the costume. She glued all these red sparklies to my shoes. It was awesome.

My favorite candy would have to be reeses or kit kat. And blow pops too.

And I was obsessed with Hocus Pocus!!!!!

I saw a guy dressed up as the wacky guy from the Hangover..complete with a baby hanging in one of those body holders and everything. I think that one made me laugh the most.

Unfortunately I was at work so I didn't get to see many little kids in costume. :( My little cousins did go as Megatron and Bubblebee, and they were adorable! I know you would love that, Luci!

One of the people here at work dressed up as one of the Fandango bag people!! It was so great! Every year I think, Oh next year I am going to have a really great one and every year I get stumped! I always am impressed when people make their costumes.

I love Hocus Pocus! It was on while I was getting ready Saturday nite :D

Favorite costume of mine: Snoopy.
Favorite costume someone else was wearing: Duffman from the Simpsons (this was a college student, not a trick or treater!)
Favorite candy: Milk Duds.
Favorite movie: The Legend of Sleepy Hollow - Disney version. I also liked the Charlie Brown Halloween special a lot. The Garfield Halloween special scared the crap out of me.

I also really enjoyed pumpkin carving and the Halloween parade in school, but nothing beats getting all that candy for Favorite Tradition. Pumpkin carving is really the only one I can still enjoy though. =p

My favorite costume as a child/teen--Fat Woman (little did I know it would come true!)

My favorite costume as an adult--Serta Sheep. Girls dressed as the sheep--guys dressed as the mattresses. Kim and her husband who are African American went as black sheep and mattress--it was a hoot! This was Lisa's idea for Halloween 5 years ago it was our last Halloween dressing up together as adults as she was too sick with chemo treatments in all the Octobers that followed.

I'm too chicken to watch scary movies on Halloween lol!

My favorite candy was and still is reeses peanut butter cups! woot!

My favorite costume was a unicorn
Candy would be pop rocks
Movie would have been anything on creature feature

When I was younger~ I guess my favorite costume was when I was in high school and my male friends did my make up and donated a shirt and I was Alice Cooper LOL That was so fun sitting there letting 3 men do my make up LOL

As a adult~ I really don't have a name for the costume but I designed it and made it, I can post pics if anyone wants to see. It's a red satin dress with a black leather waist cincher and a floor length black lace cape, with dark make up ;) I wore it for two years and man is it fun!

Favorite candy~ Anything chocolate!!

Movie~ I love horror movies!! My favorite is the shinning, the old version ;)

My little family (close friends) had the best, Ian was facebook, chris was waren moon, I was a 90 year old man, and ron was a skier with goggleburn...I ended up winning a costume contest( 50 bucks)

favorite kids costume was 1 9 year old kid dressed up like scooby doo

favorite candy is the small milky ways and kit kats

My favorite costume this year was my daughters, my nephew made it for her, she had to wear it to work. He made her a giant boiled egg in a big black pot. Funniest thing ever! -Favorite Candy: Butterfinger.

-Favorite Movie: Any of the old horror movies. Especially Children of the Corn and the Shining and stuff... =D

-Favorite Memory: My brother getting into trick or treating, it was his first year where he actually figured out what it all was, best thing about it though was that he kept trying to put back his candy in the people's candy bowls. Haha.
