Okay first off I try to decide if it is a pet snuggle day, (not an ice cream person) or a smor'es kinda day.
Pet snuggle day get the skin kids doing something away from me and let the ferrets out , put on a Hugh Jackman movie YUMMY and then sit on the couch and watch both ferrets and movie.
Smor'es kinda day , you can make smores on the stove top!! you dont need to have a fire to do this TRUST ME. I make about a million smor'es and eat them , comfort food that what I say.
Last but not least find SOMETHING to laugh about even if it is just that you can make smor'es right on the stove top(watch out for falling marshmellows)
Hope you are feeling better and understand there is always a way to make you feel better you just have to find out what works for you.
