what is this called?

I've been wanting to buy a half tube

i dont even know where/how to search this thing because I dont know what it's called

i've tried looking through my favorite shops but I dont see it any where

it looks like a tube that is cut in half
kind of like a sleigh?

bolts into the side of the cage
covered in fleece

does anyone know what it's called?
or who sells it?
