PPBN is looking for Rescues in Need!
Because exotic pet rescues could use a little help, Jeff & I want to open a new page on our website called "Rescues in Need". They need our help. And they need yours!
At Rescues in Need, not only will rescuers be able to order wood at even lower prices, but also friends will have the opportunity to gift their favorite rescues with something off their wish list at reduced prices. Rescues will either be able to use PPBN wood products for their rescues or to resell them at their webstores to cover other rescue expenses, ie: feed and other supplies, vet bills, etc.
We started to work on this months ago but were stopped by an unexpected roadblock when we were slapped in the face with the realization that there are (sometimes serious) personal issues between one rescuer and another, but have decided we are not going to discriminate based on those differences. In our opinion, all exotic pets that could benefit from our natural wood products deserve to have them and are welcome on this page, so please do not let your personal opinions about a particular rescue listed on our site, interfere with your choice to be a part of this very special program...it isn't about the humans, it's about the kritters. I hate to be a butt, but if you don’t like that we’re listing a particular rescue on our site, let us know and we can exclude yours in order to keep the peace.
If you are an Exotic Pets Rescue, or know of an Exotic Pets Rescue, I need your help. Some rescues have already submitted their info to us, but unfortunately, I am unable to find where I stored it, so could you re-submit it, please. Rather than contacting me about rescues you know of, please forward this info to them and have them contact PPBN. Thanks!
Info I need: Personal info such as phone and address will not be released.
The name of your rescue, your name, shipping address, phone number, email address, etc.
Contact info such as website and banner for your site to post for our customers to get to know you better, basic information about your rescue, your wish list, and any other information that may seem pertinent to your particular efforts. If you would like to write an “essay”, not only would that make it easier for me, but would give you the opportunity to say just what you want. I will send you a final draft before publishing for your approval.
I would like to have this page operational by next weekend, April 10-11, so please send me your info as quickly as possible. I will add new rescues as info is gathered.
