It works for me. I logged in a few days ago and was surprised that no one had posted in the forum in about 10 days.

We have all been horrible people. It was around the holidays and such. I know Laurie and I are starting it the Fat Smash Diet on the 10th for sure.

Laurie and I were talking the other day and we are getting recipes and such together for the website. We will be more active soon, I promise!

Thats a problem of mine.. I would starve on a low carb. I dont eat anything else.

For New Years Eve, my fiancee, our two best friends, and I all made the resolution to lose the weight and get into a healthy lifestyle. It definitely helps having the support of the people closest to me, since I've tried so many times in my life to get my weight in order and I'm very happy that I/we are finally doing it!

I think this support group is a great idea; support is always needed and definitely will help me and others keep on track with our diets!

I know I should join too. I was always small until I reached I guess 35. Even after my three kids I was always able to take it back off. Then all of a sudden I found myself weighing more than I did when I gave birth - any of the three times. And I'm miserable.
