Well! FInally Success with Mr Snootz. I had him on my chest last night watch ing TV and after only about 15 minutes he unrolled!He wandered aroudn on my chest while I talked to him, sang to him and just enjoyed his little face.
I had some cooked chicken ready and he even ate from my hand!
I am soooooooooo happy!
I was really doubting if this was a good idea but now I know we are going to be ok!
After about an hour , I reluctantly put him back in his cage and he played in the wheel and shuffled aroudn happily all night!
As for him smelling the ferrets..... he doesnt seem to mind. He played on the bed where the ferrets play each night and was fine.
Maybe not realizing that the tee shirt I gave him the first night had ferret smell on it wasnt such a bad thing. He thinks thats the way I smell.
Anyhow I am on e happy Hedgie Mom!
