Water help.

Ive always given my chin filtered water but as of right now I can not give him that water and are local water has so much crap added to it its unfit for any animal to drink. We are getting a reserved osmosis filter placed in are house but until then is there a type of bottled water I can give my little guy?

Most bottled water is no better than tap water (in a lot of cases, it's nothing BUT tap water stuck in a plastic bottle, shipped a ludicrous distance, and sold at an absurd mark-up). If you're particularly partial to RO water, I think you can sometimes find bottled RO water, or at least I've heard people mention it before. Some people have also mentioned being able to get it at some pet stores...? But I've never seen that up here, or at least not where I'm at.

You could get filtered or reverse osmosis bottled water and use it for the chins. I think they have it in Canada...we have it at grocery stores, walmart and other places that sell gallons of bottled water.

A lot of those bottle refill places sell reverse osmosis water, we have a water cooler in the house for our and the chin's drinking water. As AZChins said you can find them in most grocery stores, Walmarts, and Home Hardware (at least the one near me does). If for some reason you can't find you can't find anywhere selling jugs of reverse osmosis water, I know Aquafina is reverse osmosis I'm looking at a bottle of it right now.

Oh yeah, I actually fill up all my waterbottles with reverse osmosis water from a reverse osmosis machine. There's a company in town that keeps their machines maintained very well and the machines provide great water. We drink it and the animals drink it...the tap water here is questionable as to its safety with the contaminants in it so we don't risk drinking it.

If you have a nice place to refill a jug of water from a machine, that's probably the cheapest way to go!

I don't know where you could buy it in Canada, but here, I buy gallon jugs of water from Wal Mart for $1. It's classified as drinking water, but when you look closer at the label, it says it's filtered by reverse osmosis.
