Wanting to make the switch from pair to colony

I am looking for advice. Now that I have more resources, time, and knowledge I feel it's appropriate to switch to colony caging. I am just wanting some help with how to make the transition. I don't have many pairs at the moment, so I may leave them be, but what are some things to look out for, etc?

You will watch out for the same things in colonies you do in pairs. fur in the cage, signs of squabbles. I treat my colonies and trios pretty much the same way I treat my pairs
